If you are not completely satisfied or you need to exchange for a different size, we offer a FULL REFUND or exchange on full priced items within 14 days of purchase.

SALE ITEMS

For sale items, the purchase is final.

Sale items include: Items bought in the sale, bought at a discounted rate or with a promotion code. (This does not include first time purchase discount).  We can offer a size exchange only, we can arrange collection using our courier service, but this will be done at your own cost. For exchange enquiries, please email us at info@justpeachydubai.com

 

UAE

A full refund will be provided for all full priced items within 14 days of purchase (excluding earrings, swimwear, bodysuits, sale items and gift cards).

If you are in the UAE returns delivery cost will be covered by you. Courier cost will be 25 AED.

Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to appear back into your account (once the item has been received back to us).

All purchases will be refunded back onto the card you initially paid with or through bank transfer direct to your account.

Items must be returned in a sellable condition with original labels/tags attached. Item must be unworn and have no make-up, fake tan or other marks. Please note that for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of any earrings, swimwear or bodysuits. 

If you would like to return a full priced item for a credit note, we can arrange collection using our courier service, but this will be done at your own cost (AED 25) or alternatively you can arrange your own delivery back to Just Peachy. Please email us at info@justpeachydubai.com with return information.

Once the item is received back and has passed our quality control, we will then issue a discount code credit note that can be redeemed for future purchases online.

 

GCC, MIDDLE EAST & REST OF WORLD

For international returns & exchanges, you must arrange your own return and bear the cost of returning the item(s).

Terms & Conditions:

-Governing Law and Jurisdiction,   Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

-Will not provide any services or products to any Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.

Privacy policy: Credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared or rented to any third parties.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be done on the original mode of payment used.
